1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Flomiro classifieds platform (Flomiro Lars Loris). Flomiro provides only the technical platform; contracts for advertised goods or services are formed exclusively between users. Flomiro is not a party to those transactions.

2. Registration and minimum age

Registration requires accurate information. Users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Listings are free; optional paid add-ons

Posting listings is free. Flomiro may in future offer optional paid add-on features (e.g. featured placement, extended duration). Use of such add-ons is voluntary and pricing is disclosed before purchase.

4. Prohibited content

Prohibited listings include, without limitation: weapons and ammunition outside legal exceptions, controlled substances, prescription medicines, counterfeit goods, protected species, and content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful to minors. Flomiro may remove such listings without notice.

5. Reporting mechanism

Users and third parties can report illegal content via the "Report ad" function or by email. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed.

6. Liability

Flomiro is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user content, nor for performance of contracts between users.

7. Account suspension

Flomiro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be communicated by email or via notice on the platform.
